What ShortsCenter is

ShortsCenter is a personal desktop application operated by Ville Haapanen, Finland. It runs on the operator's own computer and is used only by its operator. It is not offered as a service to the public.

Use of Google and YouTube services

ShortsCenter accesses Google Drive and YouTube only on behalf of the signed-in user and only for the actions the user starts or schedules in the app. Use of YouTube through ShortsCenter is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

User responsibility

The user is responsible for having the right to publish every video uploaded with ShortsCenter, and for following YouTube's Community Guidelines and the laws that apply to them.

No warranty

ShortsCenter is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for lost data, failed or delayed uploads, or account actions taken by third-party platforms.
